Recycle911.com Review

imagesThe holidays are over and it is now time to work just as hard to take everything down as you did to put it all up. I know a lot of people this year who have fake trees but I am still old fashion and just love the smell of a fresh tree and the tradition of going and cutting it down (even though this year we did not do the cutting down…sad face) This year I am going to start a new tradition with Isabella and turn taking down the Christmas tree into a fun and rewarding activity.  With trying to be more green,  I felt bad but I am just not ready to give it up on a having a real Christmas tree (I know I’m being selfish).  I feel less selfish after finding a place to recycle our Christmas tree at Recycle911.com. Recycling centers will then turned your old tree into compost by turning them into wood chips to be used on playgrounds, hiking trails, for gardening or mulch.  Why not Recycle your Christmas tree too?  Go to Earth911.com to find the nearest Recycling Center near you to take your tree.  Type in Christmas Trees in the Find Recycling Centers for and City in the Near box.  Several Location will be listed closest to you.

For my Philadelphia and Central PA readers here are your nearest recycling locations.  Go Green with your tree this year at Recycle911.com!
