Buggies from Step Two company are being recalled. The Consumer Product Safety Commission says in rare instances, a pin attached to the handles becomes loose and can cause injuries.
Two children were hurt. The toys were sold between August of 1999 and this past March.
Step 2 urged people to stop using the recalled buggies immediately and contact the company for a free repair kit.
