When I started Isabella on solids she loved eating with a fork or spoon.   It was then when she started to mimic every move we made.  After lots of practice she is eating with a fork and spoon just fine but wish I had these Little Grips to start her out.  Designed just for toddlers, these easy to grip utensils are great for beginners trying to eat like a gentlemen or lady at the dinner table.  I received a set of these to review with Isabella and she loves them.  After using them for a couple of weeks,  I have noticed a huge improvement while she is eating her applesauce or cereal.  She always has a problem with making a huge mess while eating these foods (sometimes they never even make her mouth without falling on the floor) and had a much easier time while eating with the Little Grips spoon.  Features include a no choke safety design, an ambidextrous product, reduce clean up and independently creating confidence and self-esteem for your little guy or gal.   The only negatives (in my opinion) about this product is that, as of right now,  it can only be found online and there are no other color choices.    The product is not sold in stores and can only be purchased online at Toddlerutensils.com.  Although a few negatives, Little Grips are sealed with approval by Baby & Momma!

I remember the first time we had a our babysitter come to watch Isabella. Although I was excited to go out for the night with my husband, the thought of what would happen if there was a emergency often played in my head the whole day.  I had Isabella’s schedule all typed out on a piece of paper….food, nap time, clothes and emergency contacts.  I know old school right!?!? If this doesn’t stop you from hitting the McDonald’s drive through while getting your children lunch or dinner…I don’t know what will.  A mother took a picture of a kids meal she picked up the day she bought it and then again 12 months later.  See much of a difference? Cups and Spouts

All cups below feature Variable Flow,  No-Spill Design and Built in valve.

This Super Spout Easy Gripper was the first cup I used when transitioning Isabella from the bottle to Sippy.  This cup made it a easy transition and had no problem at all weening her off the bottle.  The cup did not leak for us unless Isabella was literally pushing the spout down on a surface.  I think most cups would leak if your child did that!  With adjustable flow rates, She was drinking from a cup consistently in no time!

This No-Spill Mega Flip has really helped Isabella with getting the hang of keeping her cup up-right and drink with a straw.  When first using she automatically tilted it up like she usually does with the other cups but soon realized she will not get anything out if she doesn’t keep the cup parallel with her body.   My favorite feature is the flip it lid that keeps the straw enclosed while not in use and traveling.

We use this No-Spill Sports Sipper every time we go the the park, music class or any activity where Isabella will be doing a lot of running around.  Like Adults have water bottle for our sporting activities, I consider this Sports Sipper the a water bottler for toddlers.  The ergonomic shape with easy grips ensures a secure grasp, while the silicone straw with a built in valve, opens with sucking action then closes while not in use.

This No-Spill Cup I would have to say is my second favorite of all Nuby styles.  The lid of this cup features a dual-flow valve system that is engineered to help protect against spills and leaks.  Your child can push the valve of this cup as much as he or she wants on any surface and it will not pull liquid from the pressure.  Isabella never bit on her cups but if you have a child that does, this is the cup for you.  It’s sold and your little biting bugger will have a tough time getting through this plastic.

My all time favorite cup by Nuby is this Convert-a-Cup/4-in-1.  A cup that converts during different stages of growth is a huge plus for me as a parent.  This cup convert from a beginner sippy with handles, to just the grip without handles, to a regular big girl cup with no lid or handles. Having a cup that she is comfortable with and can grow with I think has helped her with the different changes.  Absolutely try this one parents. It’s a Baby and Momma Favorite!

With most cups no matter what Brand or style there is going to be a lot of wear and tear.  You wear your jeans and wash them, after a while they get worn down.  You buy new tires for your car, use them and eventually have to get them replaced.  Nuby has your back after a while of use.  Replacement Silicone Spouts and dual-flo valves are available for those cups your children love and use a ton!
